  4. Hey Jim- I’m not particularly religious but I was struck by the profound simplicity of your video. I have found those same things to happen in my life and experience. It is absolutely true that our words have a huge affect not only on ourselves but those around us, understanding the impact we have on the world is the first step to a truly fulfilled life.
Thanks for the uplifting message, you reminded me of something fundamental.

    • That’s awesome John. I’m so glad that you were blessed by the message! God’s word is true. The Bible says Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. That’s what changed my life, and I’m stoked that it’s making sense to you. God bless you bro. The next blog will post in a couple days.

    • We all are Joe. Jesus seid “the truth will set you free.” Are nature is to say and do whatever we feel at that moment. God on the other hand says to be slow to speak. If we heed this. We will bless others and are selves in the process. Thanks for leaving a respond. God bless

  9. I’m always amazed at the timing of the Lord, though I shouldn’t be. Just tonight at work I was being critical of one employee. Not just once, but over and over again. I felt bad for it afterwards, thinking I might have offended him, but then just chalked it off to trying to get him to conform to my ways. I come home and see your blog, hit straight in my heart. I think I should have been a little slower to speak. Thanks for being sensitive to the voice of God and relaying His message to us. Looking forward to more inspiration.

    • Praise God! Thanks so much for the message! I love how if we are attentive to the voice of God, we will hear him. Please pass on the blogs to someone God mite put on your heart. Bless you bro!

    Hey Jimmy,
These blogs are addicting. I couldn’t sleep one night and started watching them and now I have to watch at least one before I go to bed every night even if I’ve watched it before.

      Hey Jim,
I’m not sure the videos make me sleep but they’re much more interesting to watch than TV as well as inspiring. Yes, it definitely has been a long time since I’ve seen you. I walk past your old house with my grandson almost every evening and It’s funny to me to look back and remember how wild you and my brother were on your motorcycles back then and now your a Pastor! That’s so great and I look forward to watching more of your videos.

      August 27, 2011 at 11:24 pm

      • Hi Callie. That is a trip to hear you say you walk by my old house with your grandson. I am glad that you have been inspired and challenged by the messages. I think if we stop challenging are selves life becomes mundane and we stop growing. God knows, we still all have some work to do. I have been on the rode for a bit but will be posting some new messages soon. God bless

Well said…probably the hardest muscle that I struggle to control. It always amazes me, how much you can build, but also tear down. Thanks for the blog.

  19. Hey Jim good Word son! It’s funny the same consistent excuses people make… some of the more common ones being….” I’m too old”…..”I could never do that”…. ” I’m too fat/skinny”….. Unfortunately someone else’s poor choice of WORDS affected this person in their childhood which then caused these self defeating beliefs later in life….The good thing is, that was yesterday. This is now… Now is a good time to start changing your words;). Here are a few books that are a simple read and will help on the journey of changing ones thought process towards words… “Tounge; the creative force” and ” hung by the tongue”.. Keep rocking it bro!! Gods favor is all over your ministry!!
